Landinfra is planning to establish a solar park south of Ingatorp and east of Hjältevad in the municipality of Eksjö, Jönköping County.The solar park is planned to cover an area of approximately 250 hectares.

The planned installed capacity of the solar park is around 200 MW, with an annual electricity production of approximately 150 GWh. This corresponds to household electricity for about 30,000 homes.

In July 2024, Landinfra submitted consultation materials for a so-called scoping consultation to the County Administrative Board of Kronoberg County, thereby initiating the consultation process for the project.

In November 2024, consultations were held with the public, organizations, and authorities. During 2024, we also conducted and initiated several surveys and studies on nature and wildlife, which will form the basis for the project’s environmental impact assessment. These surveys will continue during the first half of 2025, alongside studies on hydrology and cultural heritage.

We are compiling all feedback received and considering it in the continued development of the project.

The permit application for the project is expected to be submitted in mid-2025.
