Landinfra is planning to establish a solar park outside Målilla, south of Emån near the racetrack, in Hultsfred Municipality.
The solar park is planned to cover an area of up to 60 hectares on the property Hultsfred Kvillerum 1:1.
The planned installed capacity of the solar park is approximately 50 MW, with an annual electricity production of around 50 GWh. This corresponds to household electricity for about 10,000 homes.

In July 2024, Landinfra submitted consultation materials for a so-called delimitation consultation to the County Administrative Board of Kalmar County, thereby initiating the consultation process for the project. Consultations with authorities and the general public are ongoing.

You are welcome to provide comments, suggestions, and objections. You are also encouraged to share general information that Landinfra should consider in the continued planning process. Submitted comments must include the date and name.

During 2024, we have also conducted and commenced several surveys and studies on nature and wildlife, which will form the basis for the project’s environmental impact assessment. The permit application for the project is expected to be submitted during the first half of 2025.
